Stacey heads up Lavish and is responsible for the vision and direction of our organisation. As a PRINCE 2 accredited project manager, she also leads the development and quality of our project management service.

Until recently Stacey was Head of Project Management at Rufus Leonard. From joining Rufus Leonard in 1999, Stacey managed many brand, web development, design and communication projects for blue chip clients, including Lloyds TSB, AXA, Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Morgan Stanley. Stacey headed up a department of 12 project managers, and acted as Client Partner to some of Rufus Leonard’s key accounts.

Previously, Stacey spent seven years in the Home Entertainment industry as Product and Marketing Manager, with responsibility for PR, consumer and trade marketing for one of the UK’s leading independent publishers and distributors of music and visual programming. Prior to that, Stacey spent 3 years in the Press Office at the BBC. Since moving to the agency side in 1996, she has also delivered projects for Shell Chemicals, Bristol Myers Squibb and British Airways. Stacey has extensive event management experience, including organising events for the BBC and the MOD.

Creative Services Director

Madge is well-known and highly respected in the Creative Services industry. As Creative Services Director for Lavish he is responsible for the quality of all our studio output, and heads up our Production, Supplier Management and Print Procurement functions.

A creative services specialist and moving image consultant, Madge was, until June 2006, Creative Services Director at Rufus Leonard, one of the UK’s leading brand and digital design agencies. At Rufus Leonard Madge was involved with almost every client, including Lloyds TSB, BT, Shell Chemicals, QinetiQ, Deutsche Bank, Accenture and 02, and solely responsible for the origination and implementation of all of Rufus Leonard’s production processes.

Prior to his role at Rufus Leonard, Madge ran is own studio for over 10 years, working for including Ogilvy and Mather, SAP, Philips, Island Records and Virgin Records.
